Footloose farm is a 50+ acre farm in darlington, sc. it started out as a dream for me. i had owned horses most of my life, but when faced with what i wanted to do with my future back in 2012, i sat at an intersection. one path was vet school, that i had wanted to do since i knew what a vet was, and the other a horse breeder. my family (husband and parents) all discussed what horse breeding would look like if i didn’t get in to vet school. i started researching various breeds. one day my mom saw this majestic horse on an ad online (not even a sale ad) and went on about how gorgeous the horse was. that is what started my search into gypsy horses. from there, we decided to purchase two stud colts, half brothers from the cushti bok line - milo and valentino - and that is where the magic began. over the years, the barn does not look like this any more. it is a veterinary office and the large animal barn/hospital will soon be built where this very arena is located. god has allowed me to surpass all of my dreams and now i have foals all over the us, canada, and soon alaska.
